Agung received his Bachelor degree from IPB University and gain his Master and PhD from Sangji University, South Korea. Agung is one of the youngest professors at the University of Lambung Mangkurat. His research interests are in the areas of natural material chemistry such as extraction, isolation, structure identification, and quantitative analysis of phytochemical components. He also interests in the area of Food Process Technology such as process engineering and chemical analysis of food products. His most sustained research projects concern Biomaterials: biomaterial-based process engineering and products.

Arief served as the Vice Rector of General Affairs and Finance, Lambung Mangkurat University. Holding both a Master and Doctor degree in Agricultural Engineering from IPB University, Arief also has spent much of his professional experience on electrical and biosystem.

Alia is an intellectual chemical food. She earned his bachelor degree inFood Engineering at the IPB University, and his Master degree at Food Process Engineering, University of New South Wales. Before coming to Lambung Mangkurat Univeristy, she experienced for years at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur TBk. Alia has held fellowships from various organizations. Her research interest is in the area rice and starch.

Alan is an assistant professor in agro-industrial technology department at the University of Lambung Mangkurat. He obtained his master degree at the University of Indonesia in 2014. He has research interests in operations and supply chain management, system dynamics, food policy, business networks, sustainability, renewable energy, and circular economy. Alan has over ten years of local and multi-national industry experience including product development, business development and feasibility study, project management especially on renewable power plant construction, and policy analysis for food security.
